CLINIC, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST, FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As the driving force behind Deserving Dental as our founder and Executive Director, Jenifer Geiselhofer brings a wealth of passion, expertise, and dedication to our mission of providing dental care to underserved and underrepresented individuals. With a background in dental public health as the former owner of Dental At Your Door, Jennifer has committed her career to making a positive impact on the lives of those facing barriers to oral health care.

Jennifer is originally from Illinois where she graduated dental hygiene school in 1997 from Prairie State in Chicago Heights, Il. Her unwavering commitment to eliminate oral health disparities and deliver access to care to under-resourced individuals led her open Dental at Your Door in 2015, a Medicaid based mobile dental office that served inside Colorado’s temporary housing shelters, substance use treatment programs and long-term care facilities. 

Jennifer soon realized that there were more people in need than had state assistance, so in 2019 Jennifer established Deserving Dental so that all underserved individuals could receive onsite dental care regardless of their ability to pay. 

Jennifer’s vison flourished, expanding its reach and impact. Her strategic vision and collaborative approach have been instrumental in forging partnerships with the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, and the Denver Rescue Mission among many other organizations ensuring that Deserving Dental’s services reach those who need them most. 

Jennifer has her advanced clinical certificates and licenses to administer local anesthetic, apply SDF and place ITR            (fillings).

CLINIC, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

 Alyssa Aberle is a Colorado dental hygienist with a deep understanding of our profession and a big dream for our future. Alyssa has spent her dental hygiene career working with several local nonprofit organizations including Kids In Need of Dentistry, Salud Family Health Centers, Colorado Orthodontic Foundation, and STRIDE Community Health Center (formerly MCPN). 

While working with these nonprofit organizations, Alyssa pursued a Master’s in Business Administration to gain a deeper grasp on organizational management and leadership. 

Alyssa is the Executive Director of the Colorado Dental Hygienists Association and OSHA / Infection control trainer. Alyssa is passionate about advocacy and advancing the profession of dental hygiene. Alyssa has her advanced clinical certificates and licenses to administer local anesthetic, apply SDF and place ITR ( fillings).

Married to a Colorado native, Alyssa and her family of 5 spend most of their free time outdoors hiking, backpacking, and boating. Alyssa loves rocking out to 90’s music, movie theater popcorn, and chai tea

Meet Leticia, aka "Letty"

 With 5 years of experience in the dental field, Letty is passionate about helping patients manage their oral health, dental insurance benefits and works closely with our partner organizations planning mobile dental clinics.
 

A native of Pennsylvania, Letty is dedicated to making every patient’s experience smooth and personalized.
 

Outside of the office, Letty enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. A true foodie at heart, she loves exploring new culinary delights. Her favorite color is green, reflecting her refreshing and positive approach to both life and patient care.
 

We are thrilled to have her on the team and know she will be a great resource for our patients and the entire dental team.
 

DENTAL ASSISTANT / SPANISH INTERPRETER

Originally from Morelos, Mexico, Ana brings a blend of dental expertise and linguistic proficiency to Deserving Dental. She graduated in 2018 from Pima Medical School with comprehensive dental assistant training and x-ray certification. Since graduation, Ana has devoted her dental career to public health.
Fluent in both English and Spanish with advanced training is Spanish dental terminology. Ana is dedicated to making dental care accessible to everyone. As our Spanish interpreter, Ana ensures clear communication, answer questions, and provides information in a way that resonates with our Spanish-speaking patients.
Ana enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter.
 

CLINIC, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST 

Candace has been a registered dental hygienist for over 10 years. She strives to care for her patients with compassionate and comprehensive oral health care. She has a Master's in Public Health and a Master's in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico.
 

Candace is currently the Senior Director of Education and Strategic Partnerships for a national non-profit organization, the National Network for Oral Health Access. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Social Mission Alliance, an organization that promotes health equity in health professions. Candace is also a Section Councilor for the Oral Health Section of the American Public Health Association.
 

Candace has her advanced clinical certificates to administer local anesthetic and apply SDF. Candace was born and raised in Alamosa, CO. She now resides in the Denver area with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
